I am pleased with this product.
GNC didn't even have boron and if they did they would probably charge more than twice as much. I took one capsule of this boron with 1 capsule of calcium+D after eating breakfast, the results were very good. I felt strong, energetic, healthy and clear thinking. I believe I was deficient because it was like a black cloud had been lifted. I recommend taking it with one 600 mg of calcium+D twice a week. You don't need it every day.

There is not a miracle cure for RA(reumathoid arthritis but there is Hope)

Wow...who knew this so good.
Been on this with Vitamin D-3 2000 and what a difference. All women should read information on this and D-3 and see if they need it. In my early 60's and this product has given more energy, stamina and even helps maintain my weight loss...which probably is really a result of the more energy so I seem to be more active. Excellent Product
I bought this because I'm a 44 yr. old woman with acne. Several of the ingredients here help with that. This product does not give me a sore stomach which usually occurs when I take calcium in tablet form. (I've tried a couple different ones, including Citrical and had the same problem.) I'm not sure if it's because the calcium here is powdered, or the boron, which has been shown to cause a 45% increase in calcium absorption. Top to learn more

Good compliment to Cal/Mag supplement
On the recommendation of a nurse practitioner and later my nutritionist, I take this to compliment the Cal/Mag supplement I take. I have osteoporosis and am trying to do everything possible to keep my bones strong. (I also take Fosamax with vitamin D). In addition, I take biotin, which my nutritionist said might strengthen my fingernails. It definitely has, or at least the combination of all I'm doing has done that! I was never able to grow them out at all before. They always broke and were quite thin. You should see them now!
